Note
You can only cancel an order while it is NEW or CONFIRMED.
Canceling an order
Step 1
Open the order you want to cancel → click CANCEL.
Step 2
The system asks “Are you sure you want to cancel the order?” → if you are, click OK.
Step 3
The order has been canceled and moves to the CANCELED state, as below.
