A dispatcher can accept (confirm) an order for the driver when the driver cannot use the app, or for an outside carrier.
To confirm the order for the driver, click “Driver confirms” on that dispatch order.
Once confirmed, the dispatch order changes state for the driver assigned to it in the mobile app, and on the dispatcher screen the order moves to the “Accepted by driver” state.
