The overdue statuses of an order
-
Overdue: past the deadline.
-
Due soon: within 6 hours of the deadline.
-
Normal: more than 6 hours before the deadline.
How the system works out whether an order is overdue
(*) For orders that already have containers and waybills:
-
An “Overdue” order:
a. When any waybill is incomplete and that waybill is “Overdue”.
b. A waybill is “Overdue” when one of its tasks is “Overdue” and that task is not complete.
-
A “Due soon” order:
a. When any waybill is incomplete and that waybill is “Due soon”.
b. A waybill is “Due soon” when one of its tasks is “Due soon” and that task is not complete.
-
A “Normal” order:
a. When every waybill is “Normal”.
b. A waybill is “Normal” when every one of its tasks is “Normal”.
(*) For orders with no waybill yet, the system uses the deadline on the order’s task table:
-
An “Overdue” order:
a. When any task is “Overdue”.
-
A “Due soon” order:
a. When any task is “Due soon”.
-
A “Normal” order:
a. When every task is “Normal”.
